The Showcase, an exceptional display of unity !

In 2016, the Grand-Place showcase was a truly unforgettable moment and the highlight of the Winter Wonders event in Brussels. This year, with this major success behind it, the City of Brussels will be organising another FREE MUSIC EVENT on TUESDAY 19th DECEMBER.

This year, it won’t be one, but two performers who will be making the air sing in the world’s most beautiful market square as part of Winter Wonders: the French performer, Petit Biscuit, and Belgian singer, Henri PFR, who will be rolling out the hits from the balcony of City Hall. It’s an amazing setting for these young artistes, as well as a festive, friendly and free event for everyone in Brussels, as well as tourists from out of town !

Tuesday 19th December at 7.00 pm will see Petit Biscuit open the festivities as he performs his own entrancing compositions. Then, after a brief change of set, Henri PFR will set the evening ablaze again until 8.30 pm with his unmissable and memorable hits.

Members of the public will then be able to enjoy the many attractions on offer and the fairyland pleasures of Winter Wonders until 10.00 pm.

All of the practical details about this exciting event will be provided at a later date.

And thanks to the support of our loyal partners, Radio Contact, PLUG RTL and MNM, Henri PFR and Petit Biscuit will also be shining the light of Brussels far beyond our national borders!

Petit Biscuit

10th November last marked the release of “Presence”, the first album by Petit Biscuit, the wunderkind of the French electro scene. It’s a blend of ambient, techno, house and trap music, as well as classic compositions and modernist arrangements. “Presence” is a thoroughbred, personal and inventive work, showcased by the song “Sunset Lover”, which has already topped 350 million streams.

Petit Biscuit remixes his musical culture in ultramodern plug-ins and invites Lido, Panama and Bipolar Sunshine to join in and enhance his productions.
Beyond the sounds of the music itself, “Presence” highlights the science of composition, as can be experienced with Petit Biscuit’s latest single, “Waterfall”.

Propelled on to the international stage, Petit Biscuit has embarked on a Zénith tour in France, as well as three sell-out tours in the United States.
At the head of his own label (Petit Biscuit Music), he is now a singer-songwriter AND producer.

Henri PFR

At just 22 years of age, Henri PFR is without doubt the new sensation of the electro scene, made in Belgium. His first mix tape “Summer Memories” was a huge hit on the web and attracted the attention of Armin Van Buuren (Armada label), who signed the young Belgian for his first two singles. In no time at all, Henri PFR has demonstrated his abilities as a hit-maker, with songs that stay in the memory from the first time of hearing them.

After working with the German producer, Robin Schulz, Henri PFR released “Until The End” with Sony, a hit that rocketed him to the top of the charts for several months, enabling him to gain his first platinum disc.
Next, he brought the house down at packed Ancienne Belgique last March, leading him to feature on posters for the biggest festivals, from the Ultra Music Festival and Lollapalooza to the main stage of Tomorrowland.

Now in demand all over the world, Henri PFR is achieving colossal figures on the web: almost 100 million view on YouTube, over 25 million plays on Spotify and 16 plays in a year on Soundcloud. With his natural spontaneity and friendly nature, this songwriter and producer continues along his way, producing amazing electro sets for audiences that are growing in number all of the time.
