Punch Art Choir is Brussels’ LGBTQI+ friendly jazz choir. This small collective brings together professional and amateur artists, all united by a passion for jazz and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Every Thursday evening in Ixelles, they gather to rehearse a repertoire of jazz, soul, and pop, blending humor, freedom to be oneself, joy, equality in diversity, love, and pride. Punch Art Choir is the perfect harmony between talent and the celebration of authenticity.

Zilbanum and Les Enchanteuses are two choirs led by Frédérique Rochette: Zilbanum is a mixed choir based in Saint-Gilles and Auderghem, whilst Les Enchanteuses is a female choir affiliated with Wolubilis Cultural Centre.
Our repertoire is filled with polyphony world music, sung a cappella or accompanied by two musicians.
Since 2003, Zilbanum and Les Enchanteuses have taken their audience along a colourful journey through songs from across the globe. The polyphonies are sung without scores and set to movement to give life to melodies derived from oral traditions.
Absorbing a song, allowing it to be shaped by our musicality, by what it conveys, then making it ring out, giving it body, becoming the instrument of its expression… is an introduction to diversity as well as musical and personal enrichment.
